What's New for the RAV4 Hybrid?

Several changes are being made to the RAV4 Hybrid this year. Now, the Army Green paint color, offered on other Toyota models, is available. The color will be offered with rugged-looking trims, such as the Woodland Edition hybrid, Adventure, and TRD Off-Road. There's also a two-tone option offered on the Adventure and TRD Off-Road. Atlanta and Alpharetta drivers can choose between a black or white roof on those models.

The Woodland Edition also gets a standard 1.25-inch activity mount, which can accommodate a bike rack or cargo carrier. There's also a new optional Weather package. This package adds a leather-wrapped steering wheel, heated front seats, and rain-sensing wipers with a de-icer.

Performance

Every RAV4 Hybrid model is powered by a 2.5-liter 219-horsepower four-cylinder engine paired with two electric motors. The motors are attached to each axle, giving the RAV4 Hybrid all-wheel drive. This setup also gives the SUV a fuel economy of around 41 mpg city and 38 mpg highway.

Technology

Step into the cabin, and Johns Creek shoppers will be met with an abundance of tech. Base models feature an eight-inch touchscreen with wireless Apple CarPlay/Android Auto integration and an onboard Wi-Fi hotspot.
