What's New for 2023?

The 2023 Tacoma is available in myriad configurations, with options to fit a wide range of needs and preferences. And you can get one well-suited to your lifestyle here at Atlanta Toyota in Duluth. The 2023 Tacoma continues the pickup's third generation with a pair of new appearance packages for the SR5 trim. Available on SR5 Double Cab models with a five-foot bed, the Chrome package adds polished 18-inch wheels, a leather-wrapped shift knob, and chrome door handles and exhaust tips. The SX package is available for SR5 models with the V-6 engine, adding a bold aesthetic with blackout trim and accents inside and out. Elsewhere in the lineup, all V-6 Tacoma's now include dual-zone automatic climate control, while SR5 V-6  models get Toyota Smart Key entry and a power-adjustable driver seat.

Performance and Technology

The 2023 Tacoma offers two powertrain choices. A 2.7-liter four-cylinder (159 horsepower, 180 pound-feet of torque) comes standard on SR and SR5 trims. Paired with a six-speed automatic transmission and rear-wheel drive, it's ideal for drivers seeking a dependable, versatile, and affordable pickup for light-duty tasks. A 4WD system with a low-range transfer case is also available.

If you're seeking more under-the-hood motivation to power your Georgia adventures, a 3.5-liter V-6 is available for SR and SR5 and standard on all other trims. With 278 horsepower and 265 lb-ft of torque, it bumps the Tacoma's tow rating from 3,500 to 6,800 pounds. V-6 models with 4WD can also option a six-speed manual for those preferring a more hands-on experience.

The 2023 Tacoma SR includes a 7-inch touchscreen with Apple CarPlay/Android Auto smartphone integration. Or you can get a larger 8-inch display by stepping up just one tier. And while most midsize pickups reserve advanced driver-assistance features for higher trim levels or costly packages, all Tacoma models come standard with Toyota Safety Sense, including:
