What's New for 2024?
Much of the 2024 Camry Hybrid is a carry-over from last year's model. The only significant change is the removal of the Amazon Alexa interface from the infotainment system.
Performance
The new Camry hybrid is powered by - a 2.5-liter four-cylinder hybrid powertrain with a continuously variable transmission. This gives the Camry Hybrid 208 horsepower and front-wheel drive. According to the EPA, the new Camry Hybrid is rather fuel-efficient. It's estimated to get 51 mpg in the city and 53 mpg on the highway.
Technology
Every Toyota model comes installed with Toyota's touchscreen infotainment system-called Entune 3.0. A more enhanced version is an available option. Entune offers features like Apple CarPlay and Android Auto and responds reasonably well to user inputs. There are also features like wireless smartphone charging and a head-up display, but these are offered on higher trims.
Safety Features
Most safety features available for the new Camry Hybrid are standard. These include forward collision warning with automatic braking, adaptive cruise control, and lane departure mitigation. Higher trims offer blind-spot warning with rear cross-traffic alert and surround-view camera system.
