2021 was the last time the Toyota Land Cruiser was sold in the U.S. Now, after several years, the Land Cruiser makes its return. This time, the Land Cruiser is small, more fuel-efficient, and brimming with tech. The Land Cruiser has a great overseas reputation, and many U.S. drivers will love it, too. For more information on what you can expect from the new Land Cruiser, continue reading or visit Atlanta Toyota.

Land Cruiser Highlights

The return of the Land Cruiser sees the model completely changed from the last time it was in the U.S. Now, the model shares a design and platform with the Lexus GX, thus shortening its design. Now, the Land Cruiser has two rows instead of three. This smaller body, however, is perfect for off-roading as it has better stability and maneuverability.

Look under the hood, and you’ll discover a new hybrid engine. The engine is a turbocharged 2.4-liter four-cylinder that produces 326 horsepower and 465 lbs.-ft of torque. According to the EPA, it has an estimated 22 mpg in the city and 25 mpg in the highway.

Step into the cabin, and you’ll find features galore. The base trim has an eight-inch display, but higher trims have a 12.3-inch monitor. This display controls the six-speaker stereo and has wireless Apple CarPlay/Android Auto. Drivers will also find plenty of safety features in the Toyota Safety Sense 3.0 bundle. The bundle features lane-departure warning, adaptive cruise control, and automated emergency braking.
