Meet Atlanta Toyota's sales department, a good group of people who love what they do! It hasn't been too long since each of us were on the other side of the buying table, so our empathy and understanding of what customers have to endure while in the car buying process is what makes our sales department different from most. Our weekly meetings are made up of discussing ways to improve our customers' experience, which is centered on a simple philosophy: Do The Right Thing. It’s only simple in the sense that it is a phrase that’s made up of 4 words and 4 syllables; the simplicity is lost as it permeates into every aspect of everything we do at the store, in every department, at every level, in every detail, every day and all day. It is always top of mind and is the piece that often completes a puzzle where important decisions are made. We do this because we want our customers to come back to us.
